Tahiti's national dish - Poisson Cru -  
(Raw Tuna or any white fish)
2 limes
1 bunch green onion
1 cucumber
1 green pepper
1 tomatoe
1 serrano or jalapeño pepper (optional)
1/4 cup coconut milk 
salt & pepper
* Also add some finely chopped crystalized ginger
